MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Principal

Kilgoris Boys High school was established in 1969 as an academic institution to provide education to children of Maasai pastoralists in the larger Narok District.

Since its inception up to date the institution has had 15 principals from different parts of Kenya. The school began as a single streamed school and it has grown into a three streamed National school with an enrolment of between 500 and 600 learners.

For many years, Kilgoris Boys High school has been a fountain of knowledge and a proud source of quality learning. It boasts to have produced many high ranking personalities in Kenya.

Among them are politicians, academicians and people of different professions. Some notable personalities are Mr. Linus Kaikai of citizen TV, PS Charles Sunkuli, engineer ole Nchoe, former powerful minister  ole Sunkuli Julius, Dalton Konchellah (Nema chairman)  Mr. simon Morintat,( Nairobi county clerk).

Kilgoris Boys High school prides of producing many university qualifying students. It is an institution which not only produces academicians but also wholesome persons who easily fit into our divergent society.

The institution is well endowed with modern facilities which include an ultra-modern multipurpose hall, a fully furnished library, three equipped science laboratories and two computer laboratories. In pursuit of divergent curriculum, the institution offers Drawing &Design and plans are underway to revive Music and Building and construction. Learners are provided with holistic learning which entails provision of spiritual nourishment and regular guiding and counseling by invited experts.

Our school motto is “strive to Excel “and indeed we have lived to this passionate call. Kilgoris Boys is the best place to mold your son and you won’t regret this choice.
